Episode 37: Giorno thus takes the Arrow. Diavolo is bitter over his loss of the Arrow but is reassured as he forecasts Giorno being rejected. However, when Giorno stabs Gold Experience, it does turn into Gold Experience Requiem.
And to think just a week ago, Giorno was scamming people at the airport.

To be fair, Frieza’s power level skyrockets every time he transforms and the Z-fighters were playing a desperate game of catch up to match his strength. If they tried to attack him while he was transforming, their attacks would have had no effect since his strength would have increased too rapidly for them to attack in time.
The only time your complaint has any legitimacy was when Frieza powered up to 100%, and even then it was only because Goku let him do it.

@@mrcatz4311 Not really. Requiem Stands aren't permanent, the Arrow fells off Gold Experience at the end.
@@balabanasireti In the game, GER was permanent. It's non canon,but still. So far the only people capable of defeating Giorno with GER are DIO Over Heaven(non canon), and very likely Novel Kars(dunno if that stuff's canon or not).
@@balabanasireti The arrow fell, and that's true, but for what we know it's more likely for Giorno to retain GER permanently, SCR wasn't choosen by it and that's why it went berserk and why you could recover the arrow from it, it wasn't a complete Requiem, GER on the other hand is a full fledged Requiem Stand, it's being stabbed by the arrow that powers up the stand/user, not the mere possession of it, also don't forget the part where Trish clearly said that the arrow is foverer Giorno's.

Technically, there CAN'T be any real action with GER. If its claim is correct, any Stand ability, no matter what it is, can't affect GER. It would basically turn any ability to zero as did to Diavolo. If there's no other Requiem to stand against it, GER is essentially an invincible Stand.
Nah, man. They balanced out Star Platinum's OP time stop in Part 4 to a few seconds. Like, 3 or 4 secs max. But GER will fuck just anyone up that it's really not a challenge anymore. I think it's way better that they left GER with this impression as a godlike stand, ruling all of Italy.

Bruno's theme was played because Giorno does it in Bruno's behalf, and to honor Bruno's passing away by continuing what he's supposed to do back at Ep. 20 & 21.

It's called "back to 0" where he can delete any action the instant it happens, or any action that happened, hence why all his wounds (stabbing of arrow, diavolo's punch all disappeared). The infinte deaths is requiem's side effect when he kills someone.
