With all that 16th-note blasting you do with your left hand, is your left hand stronger than your right hand? Can you play faster on your left or your right? Also, what foot technique do you use? Ankle motion? Swivel? Heel Toe doubles? Constant release/heel toe singles?

@@encrustingacro I have more endurance at 300+ with my left hand overall, but both of my hands are able to play the same speed. I use ankles, and working on Heel Toe doubles

@@AndyV764 I personally don't like double strokes. I don't play drums, but when I tap my feet, I use constant release/heel toe singles.
