Hi, good demo for sharing. btw if I can inquiry, how do I ensure that the screw thread has the right match with the hole thread before come to the real fab?
Hi, thanks for the video. One question, is there a way to show the inner thread @5:00 ? I've used the SW hole wizard to create holes in exactly the same way you have done. They have the concentric circles showing but at no point the thread can be seen. When I moved the file into Keyshot, the treads were still nowhere to be seen. Thanks for any help.
I'm using Solidworks 2020 and I'm having trouble with the inner thread after making a hole with hole wizard... During assembly, the hole won't appear. Do I have to change some kind of options or make the inner thread manually?
Thank you
Instead of watching a 2 hour vid my teacher gave me this saved a lot of time
"Thread body & cylindrical surface are disjointed".
SOLIDWORKS 2020.i am getting this error when trying to cut threads.anyone knows how to solve it?

Go to Tools > Options > Document Properties tab > Detailing (in the left side list) > Tick the Shaded Cosmetic Threads box in Display Filter section
