Boston Marathon: Boston Runs As One - Dick and Rick Hoyt

Dick and Rick Hoyt are a father-son dynamic duo. In 1977, Rick told his father that he wanted to participate in a 5-mile benefit run and Dick agreed. Although they finished second to last, it was not going to be their first and final race. 37 years later, they have competed in over 1100 races/marathons and triathlons. 2014 will be their final Boston Marathon race.
