    RECIPE MAKING DETAIL:
    To make haleem, a delicious and hearty South Asian dish, follow these steps. Start by soaking a cup of mixed lentils, such as split Bengal gram, yellow lentils, and wheat grains, in water for a few hours. Then, in a large cooking pot, add the soaked lentils along with meat, preferably boneless chicken or lamb, and water. Cook the mixture over medium heat until the meat is tender and the lentils are soft and mushy. In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala to the onions and cook for a minute. Transfer this mixture to the pot of lentils and meat, stirring well. Using a wooden spoon or a hand blender, mash the mixture to achieve a thick, creamy consistency. Continue to cook the haleem on low heat, stirring occasionally, for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve the haleem hot, garnished with fried onions, chopped coriander leaves, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a dollop of ghee. Enjoy this delightful dish with naan or rice for a satisfying meal.
