- A CaribBeing collaboration with spoken word artist Arielle M. John.
This piece is honoring J'ouvert in Brooklyn. J'ouvert is the day before Carnival day based on Trinidad and Tobago Carnival format. It reminds me of my native island Guadeloupe, a lot of similarities when only the caribbean sea is putting us appart.
