What you expressed about journaling your feelings sounds like a technique that can be used for any addiction. You can journal or use prompts like having certain visuals that prevent relapses. Some people in recovery literally need to see what their addiction has done to them in the most visceral and visual way possible before they can commit to making that change. That can be photos, videos, journals or people holding you accountable for how you have behaved in the midst of your addiction, etc. The more you can gather of this the better the intrinsic motivation can be. Or you can keep a vision board or some kind of affirmation close by to make you think twice about indulging. Also, it can be useful to have people and/or aspirations in mind that you want to embody. So, it becomes a manifestation process to be like how you wish to be. Additionally, document your progress as much as you do gather evidence for why your addiction was no longer serving you. Get an accountability partner or watch videos like yours may help to shift subconscious patterns and create new pathways in the brain, too.

You could just use hypnosis (or ask hypnotist) to install you that emotion that painful emotion of relapsin that you wont do it again, to be anchored (conditioned) in your everyday life, like for example you could install yourself to have that emotion everytime you see sexy women on picture/video on screen. thats possible with hypnosis. then not relapsing would be pretty easy.
Yes bro I went 90 days then relapsed and then 21 days again you anxious from just the energy your putting towards certain thoughts or all that energy you have not putting towards sumn you really want to do
