Kathy, I am trully impressed! You can cook and replace car back light bulbs. MARRY ME KNOW. LOL!
Now if I have a back light bulb blow, I will know how to replace it and not have to pay an expensive mechanic bill.
I also did not know you shouldn't touch the bulbs, since the oil our skin produces will decrease it's lifetime.

Thanks! Just replaced my taillight bulbs. I touched one of the bulbs by accident so we'll see how long it lasts. They were only $3 for both at my local VW dealership so I'm not too worried!

Intesresting, here in Europe, golf 5 doesnt have the same bulbs, we have a orange one h6W for the indicators on the middle

My brake light keeps going out when it rains because water is somehow getting into that area. Any tips to seal or fix this? One shop drilled a small hole in the brake light reflector and that worked well. But for some reason they only did one and the problem is in both brake lights.
