Exploring The Avengers-Themed Tomorrowland in Hong Kong Disneyland!

- Today is our last day at Hong Kong Disneyland and we are exploring Tomorrowland! Have you ever wondered what if Disneyland rethemed Tomorrowland instead of A Bugs Land as Avengers Campus? This weird alternate multiverse exists at Hong Kong Disneyland!
Their Buzz Lightyear ride has been reimagined as an Ant-Man and The Wasp: Nano Battle! attraction and their Star Tours has been rethemed as an Iron Man Experience ride. There’s even an interactive meet and greet with Iron Man himself and the story for all three attractions connects just like the movies do.
And we’ll end the night back at the Hollywood Hotel at The Archivisit, an amazing Marvel-themed bar which is decorated with prop replicas from the films and has themed drinks and desserts honoring our favorite Avengers. Come with us on this adventure.

Fun fact: the Chinese lady SHIELD agent in the Ant Man ride in Hong Kong is a very famous actress in Hong Kong . I was thrilled to see her cameo when I visited HK Disneyland and ride that ride last year 😁

I was thinking whilst you were on Antman "why isn't anything moving?" then Peter said the same afterwards and I felt like kindrid spirits!!!
I loved that Iron Man ride!!! Absolutely amazing and such good story telling! It's one of the reasons I think Star Tours should be in Batuu and should "land there" It makes it more immersive.
So lucky to have that bar to yourself!!!

When Kitra started singing Iron Man, my marching band geek self immediately started headbanging. I played the flute and had no place in that song, the trumpets took that melody! Our section always came in strong at the end! 😄

The big rides we get to go on multiple times and I usually enjoy it without the camera
Even as someone who's not a hardcore MCU Fan (definitely more of a Jedi), I gotta say: all of the rides look fun and the bar had some cool vibes.
Out of everything there I wish we had the bar at Disneyland

Auwww Kitra. To be fair, I feel that way with some of the foods sold at Diagon Alley as a Brit. I'm often like "why that of all things?" I imsgine other cultures think this all the time. So isfair is fair.
A sausage roll is very standard snack grub in the UK. It's what we eat with our picnics or for a quick lunch snack. Bit like looking at a Big Mac as a five star delicacy. Surprised they like it over there 🤷🏾♀️.

All this video did was make me realize how much Disney World is lacking. I get the nostalgia of that park but every other park is so much more update and includes soooo many more characters and themed rides and queues. I am getting the biggest fomo from this video. So fun!

I will say they are so much more updated because WDW has 4 parks and a lot of variety
It's not lacking, it's that China owns the majority of Disney
I've been to MK and HK Disneyland, MK is way better. You can't really see it in the videos but this park feels small because there's not that many rides, there's not even a Peter Pan. Each of the original lands have one ride per land with the exception of Fantasyland, I think the newer ones at least have two rides per land. They really boosted attendance once they started going hard for the Duffy characters
There's really no incentive for them to do more here. People go anyway. We were thinking Disney but Universal looks so much better. We'll be taking the kids there instead.

Love your video! The Iron Man ride is actually not a retheme from ST but built as a new ride. Similar to what Peter said, seeing Hong Kong being included as part of the MCU made me felt immensely proud as a local. I always tear up a bit seeing the arc reactor in the Victoria Harbour on ride🥹🥹

What an entrance for Iron Man! My mouth is still hanging open and I watched it three times. And I've never even seen any of the films. Yeah, Ho-Hum-Marvel person (although the Spiderman in CA is cool) but this entrance? Just WoW! Serious props to the Imagineering Team. P.S. Kitra: Nice Black Sabbath riff.

The Iron man ride looked really well done. Love that it leaves the park and flys over Hong Kong, neat immersive touch. It was cool the you could capture the screen without it looking like a typical blurred 3D image without glasses. That Lion King show looked really good too, great puppets and costumes.
We filmed it with our phone with the 3s glasses over the lens:)

Such cute ears, great choice. Did you ever do a showcase of your ears during COVID while filming at home? Those desserts looks so good! There is something about a themed restaurant that's so much fun. You are spot on how it looks like it should be somewhere on Disney property and would be packed.

During my visit the lines for Iron man were well over an hour. Next day, 5 minutes before it opens there was hardly a person. it opened and the line just went up to 45min. So lucky me i got in with the first group and total nerdgasm when Ironman walked in.
Fun to see they updated the castle at the Stark Expo.
I think we were just there during a non peak time and with rain that kept some people away

I 100% recommend going to hk Disneyland during Halloween time the lion king show gets replaced with a show called wicked. Its a show with the villains its sooo good. another reason you guys should go there again HAHAHAH

Hey guys! You would both love the vibe in the Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel at Disneyland Paris. The music that you experienced in the bar is also played in the hotel. It’s so cool and relaxing. It’s 5/5 rating and would love to stay there again but it is one of the most expensive hotels at Disneyland Paris. Love watching your videos 😁
