The arrangement in HRMS should be like this. So that all the supervisors do not face any problem in distributing the work and getting the work done from the remaining employees.
Commuted leave fit memo k baad hi apply kar sakte hain, ya sick period me bhi apply kar skte hain. Aapne bola hai ki pahle sick period me LHAP ya LAP apply kijiye fir usse cancel kijiye tabhi commuted kar skte h. Jabki HRMS par cancel ka option abhi nahi de rha aur yaha 58 days se upar ka sick period commut nahi ho rha hai. To fir iss situation me kya krna chahiye?
