Never played the Isle but I can already tell mixed packing would make me not wanna play after a while. They should just add some sort of debuff that cripples your ability to run or fight if you’re in a group with a wildly different dinosaur. Wanna mix pack? Your movement speed is halved and now you’re an easy mark for every carnivore. Sorry not sorry 🤷♂️.

By the way, when you get stuck. There's a command you can put in chat: /unstuck People cannot be near you for it to work, and there's a 5 minute cool down for it. But that's always worth trying first before having a friend kill you, because the 10 minute spawn timer is absolutely insane when you die. Secondly, when it comes to highlands, the lake area is iffy. Though if you go around the lake till you reach the dam, go through the tunnel the dam connects to... That leads to the J sector, me and my friends call it death valley. 90% of the time we find tons of people there, J sector also leads to West Rail another very popular spot at the moment.
