My mind is blown, because you said that staff costs 15-20 divine, which made me realize what an absolute steal I got because I got an extremely similar staff , except maybe even better with cold damage instead of fire and virtually identical stats (except for 50 less physical damage), Holy shit...
Yah, I'll be putting out a new guide for the end game later. - With a written update. But for now, and for here. Ruby (x1) Gain 1 Rage on Melee Hit Increased Attack Damage Increased Melee Damage Emeralds (x3) Crit Chance for Attacks Damage with Quarterstaves Attack Speed with Quarterstaves Herald Skills deal Increased Damage There would be better emeralds than that, but they work well and aren't super expensive.
@@FswithFarham thanks alot. I am really looking forward to the new build Guid. I'm sitting on 90k damage at the moment and I'm curious to see if I can somehow achieve the incredible damage you have :) Thanks for investing your time to make the build even better!
One thing I noticed while playing a very simialr build is that, the note 'whirling assault' the one on the right that gives us more attack speed with quarter staffs and knocks backs enemies on critical hit, can lower our dps. For example when we fight Xesth this node can push him out of the bell range and effecticely lower our dps. This node might be good for maping but not so great for pinnacles. I still want to test it on other pinnacles, but finding citadels or audiences with the King is hard :)
Yes, I'm strongly suspecting (as mentioned) that those nodes are a DPS on paper trap. In reality a couple of crit notes would perform far better. Part of why I've not put the written guide out yet! XD
Mmm, my skill gems do need some shuffling I think. Heft is now putting 50% DPS on Herald of Ice over Lightning Infusions and the shocks are proliferating... (Although, I'm just tinkering with putting it on to "high" investment I put a 60ex ring on for it...)
I don't get why my ES is so low. I've been trying to follow along with this, got 366 coming in from chest. But I'm only reaching 2.6k ES. Only gloves are pure evasion, but 100 or so more from that won't be enough. I'm lvl 82, so quite a bit lower than this. But I'm taking just about most of the defensive nodes, and the last 10odd levels would go to crit nodes.
I get quite a lot of ES from my neck % + Flat, but the unique that converts mana to ES is really good and can get them cheap. - What's coming in from the head, that's a big slot for ES, 350+ should be there really? Is your chest Hybrid? And do you have the node that gives +1 ES per 12 Evasion on chest?
@@FswithFarham Aah, right. Head'n'Shoulders are an issue, heads like 100 ES, neck pure res. "Solved" my res with head+neck. Cause I really needed that extra cold on rings to make things go boom. I'll try to shuffle res downwards tonight!
At this point isnt it better to change build to attribute stacker? I made one for arouond 20-25 divine for all but it can be made a lot cheaper. My dps on tempest flurry is 525k flat with 50% on crit chance. I have to admit u have more energy shield I only got 3k but im running with grimfeast on
Not so keen myself on running a 3k/6k ES shield, don't find that sort of build well rounded enough. Is an interesting build though, that and Flicker Strike look a lot of fun. I'll probably knock together a guide on some other Monk Variants. This one I think I'll be pushing into using some of those Lightning Nodes and a different skill gem line up, but the same core tanking with high investment. Link me a build guide if you've been following one, or have one of your own even, I'll check it out.
@@FswithFarham I'll record a short showcase on non public video on yt because i was looking at many stacker builds and take what i like from them and made my own ;d

Those crit bonus nodes on power charges lasts very very shortly and is not worth imo as you’d have to constantly be hitting charged staff and it feels super clunky
Yah I'm thinking they get turned on with an Unset Ring and Charge Infusion, not before. Fully with you (gave it a little test) feels clunky pressing Charged Staff all the time. I prefer my builds to be; a) Cheap (at least have a cheap variant, this is not the cheap one xD) b) Fast c) Preferably doable with one hand... Now that's a list we shouldn't transpose elsewhere.
@ I’ve also been shopping for specific time lost emeralds - large radius - small notable to inc quaterstaff dmg, large notable add crit bonus to attacks or crit chance to attacks (I placed one near resonance as it hits all the crit wheels, the attack speed wheel , and even the evasion wheel and another time lost emerald near quarter staff as it hits all quarter staff up to the 8% attack speeed node and down to the herald wheel. That allows you to freee up crit chance and crit bonus nodes elsewhere to invest how you see fit
Yah only been an issue since I switched to HoWA (Had secret extra leech on my old gloves) Few options I spoke about in the video, at this DPS though, only seems to be a necessary change for the super hard bosses.
try to put font of mana on tempest bell, it should solve mana issue. If the problem persists, play a second tempest bell skill and put soul thief on it. Have no leech on physical, only 19% mana gear but atm with lvl 20 ice strike i've been ok against boss such as xesht lvl 4
Yah, I mention that as an option if you're struggling with mana. Ingenuity and the mana leech on ring does me ok, but for bosses deffo switching Close Combat to Soul Thief, works perfectly.
@@justinrobinson1499 Yup, that should be actually about the same calculation. - You'll be about 10% higher I think. Although any crit you can get now will send you to the stratosphere. I take it you got like a 35% CB weapon with 10% flat crit?

Majority is weapon, but crit chance is SO important on that weapon. I think I was a little higher level at the time but on this one; ruclips.net/video/wuf1f7Rz2JA/видео.html Stats are similar.
