Another tip is if ur character is doing a special move, USE IMPACT FRAMES! Basically add some lines where the move is happening on a black screen and you will be golden.

4:04 that’s why I say this all the time! Use dark text on bright backgrounds and bright text on dark backgrounds.

Running and jumping and punching is easy just bent the character forward and make him take a step then use the arm to form the punch
