As a solo traveller i find Berlin a great and safe place to visit. I think ive been there 6 times now and trying to work out how to get there again (from the UK)
Beautiful Berlin 😍 although most European countries are also English speaking, how do you navigate your way around the areas where English isn’t practiced? Do you try and learn some common phrases before travelling to these countries? Your demeanour is so enjoyable and calming 😌✨
Oh thank you 💖🥰 Yes I always try learn the common ones but like you say, at least in the cities most people speak English! And the few more rural places I’ve been the basic phrases have been enough ☺️
I start with IG/TikTok/RUclips for activity and food recs, but wherever possible I try to get recs directly from people who have visited or lived in the destination ☺️ Also from people I meet when visiting! I always find that personal recommendations give me the best memories 💖
