Feedback from the video: the cylinder mechanics look unintuitive and add too much complexity. Specifically: the part that each bullet just shoots one different direction, and the part that the player can/should select the direction of rotation as part of their action. I think it puts too much management to the player to do and looks overwhelming. I think it makes it impossible to plan more than one turn ahead, or on the other hand, having too many actions might enable a line of actions that trivialize the mechanic as a hole.
Other than that it looks great and I appreciate the idea!
