    I appreciate you sharing your timeline. Since I decided to allow all foods , I’m much more comfortable adding one a time knowing it’s going to take time and not judge myself harshly when I overdo it.

    thank you for this video. I was craving sugar rn and wanting to restrict but I’m sticking to my recovery. I want to be comfortable around sugar without going crazy and binging on it

    I personally have spent hours on your channel, be it my compliment to
    you (so short, my excuse). But, can I challenge you on teaching me (us)
    how actually to cook on these stainless steel pans? On your videos they
    look like easy-busy nice things. In my personal life I just learned to
    cook a steak (not perfect). All the viewers, please support me in this
    requirement!!! Help! Help!! I have about 15 of beautiful stainless steel
    fry pans waiting for my use. Help again!

      I didn’t as I can’t make piece with sugar.
      More I eat it more I crave it. More I keep it at home more I crave it. Doesn’t matter how much I eat it. I crave it all the time.
