Brothers Ruinz Ason and JFlames, collectively known as "Last Of The Lions," are not just skilled vinyl DJs but also talented artists and producers. Hailing from South East London, this dynamic duo embodies the essence of reggae and dancehall music. Raised by Rastafarian reggae musicians, their upbringing infused them with a deep love and respect for the genre. As artists and producers, they channel their passion into creating authentic and soulful music that resonates with audiences worldwide. They hold a monthly residency at JUMBI in Peckham, where they command the dance floor with their infectious beats.
From the soul-stirring rhythms of roots reggae from the golden era of the 1970s to the infectious beats of dancehall's origins in the 1980s and 90s, this DJ set celebrates Jamaican and British reggae's legacy.
