    "Chest up" makes so much sense. Awesome tip! Definitely going to give that a try on the court 😊 Not sure if I am practicing it correctly but I can feel a little tension in my lower back? If that is the normal body reaction, any good exercises to strengthen that area? Maybe something like a hinged, between the legs, exercise band pull through?
