Thank you for the video. I have a cruise in 20 days, and I am so nervous about it. I have been sailing only with NCL so far, and already have another 2 cruises booked, with NCL... beside this one. But the more I watch and read, the less desire I have to go on the cruise. 🙈
Hi there, thanks for your comment. Although our personal experience with MSC wasn’t great we do have some friends who said MSC was the best cruise they’d been on. Euribia is a beautiful ship with a lot of good features, it was just the service that let it down for us (we found out later that they’d over booked and were under staffed) so hopefully next time we go it will be out of school holidays so may have a different opinion.
