FH4’s version is more accurate to the real city than PGR2, and the FH4 version extends around an extra city block at one point, but apart from that they really are the same route. I thought it was so cool when I first realized it!

FH3 had the best cinematics in Forza history between the planes in the Australia airport and the showcase slowmotions, but the intro to Blizzard mountain where they slow motion drop you from the helicopter in Ken Blocks Focus is peak. And the DLC only got better from there 😭

FH3 was the first Horizon i ever played, went with my dad to pick up his new semi for work 4-5 years ago and we stopped at a game store and they had FH4 set up so u could play it and i absolutely fell in love, my dad bought it for me a couple months later and ive been hooked since
This game was such a blast. The seasons system was really good and I loved winter. Yeah yeah, the winter season wasn't so good (at least for non skilled) for doing proper racing and stuff but it looked awesome. And the cars that his game has that we didn't got in FH5... Man, I miss the IMP, the Quadra VTech, the Quartz Regalias and so on. We definitely need those cars back. And the map and the vibes of FH4 are just awesome too. Sometimes I just like to drive around the Scottish countryside because it looks fenomenal.
The sad part is that people hated on this game just like many people hate on FH5 nowadays. And now finally people are praising FH4. It's gonna be the same with FH6. People will hate on that for political reasons and start praising FH5. It's a circus.

Forza Horizon 4 will probably be my favorite Forza game of all. I remember getting it roughly a year later sometime in mid to late November in 2019. I got it from a local Wal-Mart in the Xbox One S bundle pack that came with the Lego Speed Champions which was also my first Xbox console and Xbox game. Even though I got it a year later than most, I still made lots of memories, good and not so good. Getting excited for upcoming new cars, creating my own liveries and feeling so happy and shocked seeing one of them getting into the double digits in download numbers. A couple being a simple UN livery for the Willy's Jeep, and doing my best to recreate the livery from the 2007 FPV GT Cobra for the 2015 Falcon and Ute. The game will also have a special place in my heart mostly for during the time I got the game and console, My Dad was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer an was out of the house for a while in and out of the hospital and other facilities, mostly from late December up until sometime in February when he finally came home and was put into hospice care unfortunately. The game being more or less something to help me with my anxiety and just help me through it. Driving cars/trucks that my dad loved, the 1956 Ford F-100 and 1966 Ford Mustang GT being a couple of his favorites. Having them both painted in white with the simple blue stripe design similar to the one on the 1962 and 1963 Ford Mustang Concepts. Sadly my dad passed in May and for a while I would just drive at a normal speeds or so throughout the map in the 56 F-100, 66, 68, 69, and 71 Mustangs, 73 Falcon, 32 Ford, 49 Mercury, or sometimes the MGA, Triumph TR6, Austin Healy and the 63 Beetle, since he also liked those and that we both liked The Love Bug/Herbie movies, and here an there taking pictures of the cars in certain areas, time of day and weather that just felt right and just sorta reminded me of my dad, but over all, Forza Horizon 4 will always be my favorite Horizon game and overall Forza game of all time. 💜
I received this game in bundle with the Xbox one s for Christmas some years ago and I remember that when I watched the trailer I was shocked and I instantly wanted to play it. It brings back many good memories of me using for the first time the driving sim and of my videos that I used to do when I was a kid. This game taught me a lot about cars and I still play it sometimes cause even if it's not the latest it's so good

I saw this video yesterday and today as soon as I could I rushed to my pc to finally buy it for keeps. I’ve played this game on game pass for the longest time and it felt like I actually owned the game. Now I decided to buy it before it got taken down because I had so many memories from Forza Horizon 4.
Is still remember that night in 2018 watching it slowly download on my old Xbox One. Waiting there excitedly, staying up on a school night but having to go to bed before it finished. And that first time playing, gosh it was great. Will never forget this game.

I remember in the early days of FH4 taking the Bond Car Esprit sub to the loch Drag Strip in Rivals only to quit out in the non-Winter months to spawn under the water to get some cool shots of the Esprit actually submerged under the water!
The colors are way more vibrant than FH5. The roads are way more challenging than FH5. You always are at some POI or drive towards it. Night racing is darker, which is more realistic... Etc etc
This game... THIS GAME!! This game was the reason I fell back in love for cars. I actually picked up the game in June of 2019 (basically when I graduated high school), and I loved every minute of it! The map, the car selection, your videos, everything was amazing! Sure, it had its flaws and Horizon 5 has a much better car selection, but there's just something about this game that I can't explain, that just makes me feel some type of way, other than nostalgia. Heck, it even distracted me from times when my life was hitting some low points. I unfortunately had to delete all of my progress on my Xbox One S due to my hard drive crashing. I remember making a custom half-size goliath route using all of my favorite technical sections and coastal roads on the east side of the map in this game, and stomping on friends I had at the time that I don't even talk to anymore with a tuned to the teeth 720S with no forza aero so it would slide sideways even into the 200mph range.. What. A. Game.
This was the first game i got on my xbox in 2020 and i rember i stayed up until 1 am waiting for this to download and i had the best time of my life good times good times

That blue Hillman Imp you had in FH4 is like the one I had IRL, it was called a Singer Chamois and it was my first car, but it was exactly the same car. I also do not remember it going that fast. 0 to 60 took ages and to get to 80 mph you had to be going downhill.
I went back to play this game two weeks ago and messed around with the Porsche 928, not the gts, and realized its engine swaps were the Porsche 918 v8 and a 2.6L four rotor, wild times man

I'll miss Horizon 4, even if I can still play it... because the game gave us so many memories, gave Nick some funny moments, and also gave us a Limo for the first time in a Forza game. We'll appreciate Horizon 4 and will always come back to the old videos at some point.

The best ever car casual driving game I have played till date. The best way to unwind with a virtual drive throughout the British countryside and tune in as the stig every now and then. Absolute bliss

the winter season was annoying when doing seasonals, but now that's finished, its actually really fun to just slide around
When playing fh3 I thought fh4 wasnt going to be any better but somehow fh4 hooked me like no other racing game has in a while. I played so much ranked, so much rivals. So many memories. the Koenigsegg ccgt in the winter road races was the most fun ive had in a driving game. Games like Iracing have hooked me but not to the extent of FH4
I still listen to the festival song ‘Wind Shear’ in this game, FH5 has some big name music artists but it can never beat that vibe of rocking up to the festival to that tune!!
Bro the glitch where you could drive through one fence through the building and into a park to take pictures was the best this ever

I've always watch your video every time you post for the past few years, and this year I finally have a powerful enough pc so I bought the game. The first time opening up the game felt like a dream, I finally got to experience forza myself.
This was my first game for Xbox.so glad I got to play and make memories.So glad I got to learn so much about cars and the hobby we all love.

0:38 Its also 80% off all editions on Steam, so for 17 quid you get Ultimate edition. Thats the expansions, the car pass, several car parks and more for basically nothing
I just bought FH4 ultimate edition on steam and it was the only good financial decision I’ve ever made
I feel like fh4 looks the best out of all the horizon games and also the skies look so gorgeus in fh4❤
This is still my favourite Forza game. As someone who lives in the UK, I have driven most of these roads and been to most of his locations in real life.

This was my first forza game I got on launch and I was hooked I played every weekend for 3 years, I remember being so hyped to win an auction for a Ferrari 288 gto when the game was still new, those were the good times
That blue Hillman Imp you had in FH4 is like the one I had IRL, it was called a Singer Chamois and it was my first car, but it was exactly the same car. I also do not remember it going that fast. 0 to 60 took ages and to get to 80 mph you had to be going downhill.
I went back to play this game two weeks ago and messed around with the Porsche 928, not the gts, and realized its engine swaps were the Porsche 918 v8 and a 2.6L four rotor, wild times man

FH4 was where drag racing was at its peak. Genuine tuning was needed to get that 172mph 1/4 mile trap

I first played this game 5 years ago at my cousin’s place, but I never had an Xbox of my own. I’m glad I was finally able to get the first Forza game I ever played a few months ago. o7
I love how this was my first Forza game and how, as a I was thinking of commenting about how it got me into cars, Nick brings up how it turned a lot of people into car fans 😂. It will be missed when people wanna play it again but don’t have a copy of it anymore

I'll miss Horizon 4, even if I can still play it... because the game gave us so many memories, gave Nick some funny moments, and also gave us a Limo for the first time in a Forza game. We'll appreciate Horizon 4 and will always come back to the old videos at some point.

This is special to me.❤I started with fh3 but fh4 is the first Forza game I started drifting in
Despite its flaws, Forza Horizon 4 still remains my favourite Forza Horizon game to date. I do hope people who haven't snapped up a copy yet to get one while it is so dirt cheap so they can experience even a little bit as to why this game was so fun. =D
