Reference 24:00 - I have a congenital atresia of the IVC. So, the deoxygenated blood is carried by the 3 Azgyos veins to the SVC... and thereby the RA, and ultimately the RV.
QUESTION: Will the double (or increased) volume of blood pouring into the RA from the SVC enlarge the SVC diameter and result in problems, like pulmonary hypertension, thickening of pulmonary arteries and other problems? Thank you, doctor.
Thank you somuch sir...

Good evening sir
I still don't get why the superior vena cava is so great. Why is it any better than the inferior vena cava?
Hello Doctor, is there any remedy for SVC obstruction. Please help me. My face and neck is swelling and I'm having difficulty in breathing.
Will this video also go away after premiere??
@Dr. Rajesh K Kaushal thanks a lot for the reply sir!
I have inferior vena cava syndrome. My inferior vena cava is obstructed. It does not empty into the right atrium. I also don't have a right kidney or any of the heptic veins or the veins to the liver. Now the doctor says I am in diastolic heart failure. An echo showed left sided diastolic dysfunction. And the new thing now is that the loop recorder has picked up on SVT. I live in America my issues seem to be foreign to them. Does anyone have any suggestions. I am prone to having syncope, shortness of breath, dizzy, chest pain, extreme nausea, heart palpitations. Feeling like my heart will stop several times. Heart flutters and more. If anyone has any suggestions let me know
I also am missing right sided adrenal gland.also empty sella syndrome. I have a shunt in the smv in my abdomen. My face can swell and have tons of pressure in my neck.
