There are certain bases that are vulnerable to Yeti Smash, I'm not crazy about this army but sometimes I use it for easy triple. Currently, I'm practicing Zap hybrid, very strong against non-meta bases, I got a lot of triples using that strat.

When should we use all yetis, when is it most beneficial to add bowlers?

When your wallbreakers + jump can give yetis access to whole base (maybe excluding a few compartments which RC + barracks can get), you can go all yetis. If a lot of key buildings like eagle or TH are behind walls, you want a more bowler heavy army since you shouldn't rely on yetimites to take those out.
