This is great! I bought my drone on 26 Sep 2024, now it's 27, and am excited to get it, and after watching this video even more so. Will update when I get it! Edit 1: I got the black version as that was the only one in stock Edit: got it 28th, I would recommend it but, I have only 1 day of expert with it and I can't fly it very well, but will learn. The 2.4ghz FPV that comes with default is SO clean. I do agree it does shine outside, inside you would hit the walls, and the propellers will get damaged. It's quite rugged
Awesome video man ! . I have a dm002 & EVERYBODY . You gotta try the King Kong 65mm props with this motor upgrade betafpv 720 17,500 kv ) the performance was amazing , I also tried out some of the betafpv 48mm 3 blade props after the upgraded motors and that combo flew pretty well surprisingly for a smaller diameter of 48mm and handled a bit smoother and slower because the 3blades grab better in the air but they dont fly as fast as 2 blade props and they might have less thrust I think but the high KVmotors make up for it I guess ? , but I still like 2 blade props better , I found 58mm stock props @12 pcs (3 full sets) for $12 on eBay compared to King Kong’s 65mm 20 pcs ( 5 full sets ) for $7 on eBay & I believe the betafpv 48mm 3blade props go for $12 and you get 16pcs ( 4 full sets ) and Incase anyone is interested a full set of stock props 58mm (4pcs) weighs 1.2 grams King Kong 65mm props (4pcs ) weighs 1.7 grams And the betafpv 48mm props (4pcs ) weighs 2 grams even
Wow, great comment! I'll have to check this out with some of those props! I want to pick up one of those Jumper multi-protocol radios and give this thing another fly! Worst part about this was the radio. Thanks for watching!
I have bean looking round and have an interest in the "tiny whoop" style fpv quads, I am looking for a more budget quad and came to the conclusion of the Eachine QX70 rtf with controller or the DM002 fpv (I have my own goggles)
Check out my BWhoop B-03 Pro video...you can get a plug and play camera to go with it from Boldclash and it would be an awesome fpv flier...not acro though. If you have a transmitter that will bind to the Eachine E010S I hear that's a great starter fpv quad with acro.
mine had a problem with the motors, when built per instruction it just sat on the ground and spun. so obviously my motors were wrong. I hooked it up red to white connectors and white to red and it flies perfect now. just a heads up.
What do you recommend? Buy this drone with goggles or the Furibee F36 and put on a camera and buy goggles? I have a small budget and never flown before.
+Red Pyro the DM002 is cheap and has everything you need for fpv except goggles, but it's not easy to fly indoors. Flies awesome outside though. The F36 is super cheap but you will have to solder the camera on yourself. It will be a great indoor flier and decent outdoors. The cost will be about the same between the two roughly. I guess since you've never flown before I would go with the f36 because of the ducted fan design. You won't break as many props and it's probably easier to learn on. If you do go with the DM002 get extra props.
Hey Chris, Useful Video, AndyRC also said that the transmitter was a bit dead on yaw, I have a syma x5c-1 controller of the same frequency. Do you think it would work?
They both use 2.4 but they use different protocols so the Syma transmitter won't work with the DM002. You can fly it with something like the DEVO 7E but obviously that's gonna be an added expense.
I already have a DEVO 10 controller from the Walkera Furious 320, for my interests though, I am looking for a mini/micro fpv drone that can be flown indoor without damaging anything and outdoors on not so windy days
No not necessarily. MAH stands for milliamp hours which is basically just a measure of how strong the battery is or what the capacity of the battery is.
Jvani83 the 600mah batteries I have did not fit. I think 4 minutes is a really respectable flight time for this quad. You could always buy more batteries.
hi you can get spare frames prob guards flight boards etc on banggood.com for a few dollars. just bort one of these it's worth it for the camera alone!
Thank you! According to the manual you hold the upper right bumper button for 3 seconds. I've never tried this feature on this quad.....keep in mind this is not a GPS return to home it's just going to fly backwards in the direction you took off from. Results will vary, use this feature with caution.
olá Amigos e amigas podem me mandar um link onde posso comprar o motor do meu drone DM002?? , Pois O Mesmo Quebrou E eu Não Consigo encontrar Desde já agradeço

Great video, i found a new drone to buy!
+BurlyWoodWorks thank you!
What app you use for see the drone with vr glasses ?
what kind of props does it have? i would like to get some spares
These are the props: bit.ly/2l9zCoh
Thanks for the review. I'm waiting for my DM002 and after watching your clip I'm quite glad that I bought it :)
Awesome! Thanks for watching! Hope you like it!
Same! Exeaclty, I bought it than watched your rewiew and I am glad I bought it too :)
thanks for the review I actually was thinking to buy the eachine E010c but the flight time look too short this one seem to be much better
+DRONE'R US RC33 I think this one is more versatile than the e010c.

Does the H31 battery take the same charger or do I have to buy a different charger?

Amazing little drone man going to get one
Can i see the drone with glasses vr ?

Sounds like someone messed up in the factory.

Chris Walsh ok thx
great review,,ready for summer yet??
+FL Dawg 71 thanks! Totally ready for summer! Been enjoying the woodworking stuff you've been doing.
Chris Walsh thnks man...
5:11 fast forward?
Real time, no fast forward.
Hi chris,I wonder what the wi-fi versions like I see it for sale at banggood.
I've seen it on the site but don't know much about it. I prefer 5.8ghz to WiFi.
Hey Chris, Useful Video, AndyRC also said that the transmitter was a bit dead on yaw, I have a syma x5c-1 controller of the same frequency. Do you think it would work?

Did u have the yaw deadband issue?
I did but it's not terrible. For under $40 for this package you can't complain really.
true
hi sr great review, Can it fly with an 500 mah battery ? thanks
MikeDroneUfo yes
MikeDroneUfo nothing more then 15 gram 550 mah battery
any of the beecore/microFPV acro boards work
Very good idea....might have to jerry rig something but I could. I might try it.
one of those
video is real time ?? or we have to watch video after recording ??
You watch the video while you're flying but you will need a 5.8ghz fpv monitor or goggles.
so in the battery the 450 MAH that means the time? so if I use a battery of 200 Mah , the flight time is 2 minutes?
No not necessarily. MAH stands for milliamp hours which is basically just a measure of how strong the battery is or what the capacity of the battery is.
Hi. Do you have a lost alarm?
No lost alarm on this one.
Hi! Flight time with 400mah battery in your link?
About 4 minutes.
Chris Walsh i hope some more... do you think can I use 600mah battery? if you have one you could try please. Thanks
Jvani83 the 600mah batteries I have did not fit. I think 4 minutes is a really respectable flight time for this quad. You could always buy more batteries.
What is the range on this one?
I did a little range test in the video. I got 75 yards away and turned back. Range is pretty good.
Seems far enough for some fun!
do Eachine VR006 goggles work for this ?
Awesome video dude!
Thank you!
I bought one of these and I have been trying to bind with the up down motion it but it just sits there and keeps blinking. Any ideas.
Not sure...I didn't have any problems like that.
Very cool little machine. Reminds me of the QX90.
+Louis P Floyd it is similar to the qx90. Nice little package for under $40!
Hey Chris, Is there a way to add Acro mode to the DM002?
I'm not sure if flying it with deviation does anything for that or not. You might want to see if anyone on RC Groups has done anything like that.
Can u fly it without goggles, say with an app?
+Sathvik B this version you can only fly with goggles or a monitor. There is a WiFi version but I haven't flown it.
robo tiger connects to my v3s no problem so I believe they will.
Would it be compatible with a Googles Eachine vr-007 ? and where Can I get the JJRC battery that you say gives you more flight time?
+Danniel P. Yes it will work with the Eachine VR-007 goggles. Batteries are linked in the description.
I'm glad that you made this video Chris ! thanks. I have the white version too. although I have yet to put mine together . 👍😎
+John Wedrall thanks! You should put it together... It's easy and it's a lot of fun to fly!
Chris Walsh . you're welcome and yep I'm gonna get to building it Monday. 👍😎
Very nice review !! I think I will get one me too, if it's even avaiable. Happy flying !!
You should be able to pick one up.
Chris Walsh //// Yeah, ordered !! Thanx for the review !!
Happy life !!
If you want a great fpv indoor flyer get a eachine e010c it is a copy of the inductrix blade but with a fpv camera
+The Destiney Gamer1 yeah, I have a tiny whoop and an inductrix fpv.
hi you can get spare frames prob guards flight boards etc on banggood.com for a few dollars. just bort one of these it's worth it for the camera alone!
Thanks for the vid. It says Return To Home is a feature but I don't know how to activate it. Can you help? thanks Again!
Thank you! According to the manual you hold the upper right bumper button for 3 seconds. I've never tried this feature on this quad.....keep in mind this is not a GPS return to home it's just going to fly backwards in the direction you took off from. Thank you very much. I'll def keep that in mind. Blessings!

great video this is an awesome quad but the flight time is terrible
+# 0ne thanks! Yeah pretty short flight time but if you get multiple batteries it's not an issue and I've had a ton of fun with this one.
nice
+Luis Garcia thanks!
You could do a giveaway with it lol
Impressive
