Tbh - not exaggerating - this has changed the way I do my homework. I go to a private school that loves to assign homework and listening to this not only keeps me 95% focused (5% dreams about going to Disney World) but it also relaxes me without even knowing it. I find myself being so incredibly focused and relaxed - this is my new secret weapon.
