In the Intrusion yes I think a DEX captain can work, haven't done regular boss yet so will update when I get there

So Vs Spandam yes, I'd recommend a DEX unit that can give slots for stage 2 like regular TND Luffy
For intrusion on the other hand, Franky is needed more for the blow away resistance which you can still kill without having Franky but I don't think it will work the whole time, Nami/Carrot as friend can work instead of Franky
