Games like Furi and Hotline Miami were awakening my interest in the genre. And this channel finally made me enjoying and loving it to the fullest. Thanks for introducing us to many new artists with so many great songs and mixes like this one. The music goes perfectly with weed by the way :)
i have a suggestion: in this compilations with various artists, it would be nice to read the name of the artist (and title) of the song being played directly in the video. Not only in the Description then.
No - it's a look back, a re-creation of a feeling we get from our understanding of the "core" of the 1980s. It's an alternate but reminiscent version of the actual 1980s. It's much more retro than modern. The actual 1980s were much sloppier, less smooth, and altogether different from synthwave. Synthwave modifies the 1980s and makes it better.
