It was supposed to be and she wanted to film a music video for it but due to covid it was scraped out

So viewers, subscribe & click the like....Personally, I don't mind the stoppage of a video as long as you go back to where you cut it off for continuity. I stopped watching those channels you talked about because the constant stopping is annoying. As for Cruel Summer, Taylor does not use the vocalizer on tour. She sings it normally. She opens the tour with the bridge of Ms Americana & The Heartbreak Prince then full version of Cruel Summer. Lastly, there are so many videos on youtube from the tour. My fave is 3rd night from Met Life as 80k people on hand. Also, the rain show from Foxborough & another rain show in Nashville. Oh, and the rerecord announcement of Speak Now, from night one at Nashville. Thank you gents.

I do not understand when people say this album isn't good. It's in my top 5. Cruel summer, miss Americana and the heartbreak prince, Cornelia Street, the Archer. Death by a thousand cuts....idk, this is a great album.
The reason she couldn’t perform these songs and the Eras Tour is the first time she can perform her Lover Album songs (besides City of Lover) is because Covid cut the Lover Era short. Lover was in 2019 and the tour was set for 2020 but the pandemic hit.
I don't know if on Patreon are more Lover songs, but you guys have listened to 8/18 songs till now💗Keep going 💗

i always say that lover is my least favorite album from taylor but im not really sure that's actually the truth.
i have a love-hate relationship with lover. the songs i love from this album i REALLY love but the songs i dislike from it I REALLY dislike. i truly dont know how to rank an album that contains songs i listen to every single day but also has songs that i only listened to maybe twice when the album first came out. am i making sense?
aside from "City of Lover" in Paris that I think it was meant to be the kick-off for the "lover fest tour", After that The pandemic hit and everyone in the world went into quarantine so therefor the "Lover fest tour" was canceled. Hence, THIS is the 1st time she is getting to perform the 3 "pandemic" albums. *lover, folklore, and evermore*
The City of Lover special was incredible. The tour being cancelled and Covid are also probably why Cruel Summer wasn’t released as a single. The “fever dream” line definitely could’ve hit different at the peak of the pandemic.

SPLOOGE ??? ok so the lover album is very controversial in the swifty universal. Some love it some don't. I think personally the more taylor music the more it grows on you. But when you see it live it totally change your option. EXAMPLE i did not get the rep album until i saw the tour. Now is one of my favourites. Same with forklore. I liked the album but when i saw her perform my tears ricochet , it was amazing , same with majorie. Taylor is a born performer and know how to put live in her music.

to be fair about reactions and pauses... I don't care if it's the first listen for the reactor. I personally prefer the pauses. with Taylor swift, every line is worthy of a true reaction. I don't watch these reaction videos to hear a song I've heard a million times. I watch for reactions... it's nice to get reactions for every part...

I love the music for Cruel Summer but I never listen to it because unlike other Taylor songs I struggle to understand what she is singing. I don’t know if the pace she is singing at, pitch, affect of her voice, I just don’t know why I struggle understanding her. I don’t want to have to to look up lyrics and not understanding her keeps me from connecting to the song. But if I had been able to get Eras Tour tickets it is the only song I couldn’t sing song with. 🤷🏻♀️

Let me just say that I'm so glad that you're not one of those channels that pause during the song and the reason they pause so much is absolutely for the ad revenue and sometimes to prevent the video from being pulled due to copyright. What you all need to keep in mind is Evermore and Folklore were never planned or supposed to happen. She was supposed to be on tour then that canceled because of COVID so that is how those two albums came to be. Her original plan pre COVID was 2020 touring, 2021 Fearless and Red TV, and 2022 Midnights. She had already planned all the way through Midnights when Lover came out. So originally excluding her re-records it would have transitioned into Midnights which makes sense because midnights is basically a combo of 1989, Rep and Lover.
She actually wrote folklore in like 3-4 months because of the pandemic, so I don’t think the sister albums were planned by the time lover released but I might be wrong since in the love music video she has two rooms colored white and brown in it meaning she was going to go for those theme colors for the next albums…only she knows haha
