    Now I know what to do with the almond meal I have had for awhile in the cupboard. The comment of adding Parmesan just woofs it up a notch. Thank you for sharing the recipe Sarah.

    I’ve just made it! Yes eggy at first but fades quickly. I toasted mine and it’s great Mug size is great for me as my husband doesn’t eat keto but for a Sunday brekky with him it’s all I want. I’d eat a whole loaf if I made it that big!

    Just a question! You said he was on limited nuts, grains but made a nut bread. Should he have had that?

      lol valid question! Yes the 1/3 cup was his daily limit for nuts and that was all he had in that category for the day 🙂

    Add a tablespoon of cocoa powder, a tablespoon of erythritol and a slosh of vanilla essence, and you have keto dessert 😁
    I do that sometimes when i feel im missing out.

    I did keto for a couple of years but eventually slipped back and now eat lots of bread! But that 1 minute mug bread is ok but I used to make loaves. The mug one more for a snack.
