LOW ON OIL: Mainco (Fmr. Burlington) hydraulic elevator at Bloomingdale’s at Walt Whitman Shops

This thing bounced HARD. I’ve been riding this elevator since Bloomingdale’s came to this mall and it has never done anything like this.

This situation is exactly like my local Macy's as of today. I discovered the passenger elevator VERY low on oil FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. It stalled & shut down after I left, and came back to find it like that.

When did macys move out to current location and what was the present day macys before

Macy’s opened in the old A&S when they closed in 1994-1995. For a short time, the mall had two Macy’s. Bloomingdale’s eventually opened in 1998.
