How do you set the sospension (front and rear)? Wich tipe of wheels mount?

Hi there,
regarding your first question: to be honest - no idea. I just played around a bit with the suspension settings and had no idea what I'm doing :D It feels OK currently, so no reason to change the settings again at the moment.
Regarding the tire question: Continental TKC 70s
