7th wipe, best advice, if you have an exfill item quest. Once you have the said item. Lie down in a bush. Wait for the raid to have 5-7 minutes left and then run to the extract. On the long run, it’ll take much less time to xp than trying to rush every quest right away.
Also if you're playing as a solo, if you encounter a squad or even a duo. Try not to engage in the early wipe. Its gonna be hard to fight them because they're gonna have advantage to fight you.Just try to survive the raid.
It's a FPS that punishes you for shooting people, great. That's horrible advice, unless you don't play video games for fun. I don't even understand the fun in playing with a 4 man in this game as it takes away 90% of the difficulty.
@@nahfam360 Most early fights just arent rewarding, and you usually dont have the heals/armor to outfight all of the attention you are gonna get from different squads rolling up to the fight...
@@nahfam360I like to think of Tarkov more of a strategy game, knowing when to make a move and knowing your enemies next move is more important than just trying to kill everyone you encounter.
Three things to keep in mind for quest items: 1. Many quest items are for quests with level requirements beyond level 15. Especially for Standard Edition players, you can't keep everything (in particular if you don't have containers). 2. Many items can be crafted or are relatively easy to acquire from scavs. 3. Unless you expect to reach Kappa (based upon your previous wipes) there's no need to keep items for Collector.
Just because they are required after 15 doesnt mean they aint worth keeping, bsg likes to throw curveballs with shitty spawn rates for some items (gas analyzer a few wipes ago) but obviously you are right, standard edition players need to invest in a few more scav junkboxes to keep most of the items
What I would do is just hatchling run for quest that only requires you to get a item or pistol run with some sort of protection. Another strat is just wait for a few minutes before going in to play cuz by that point the majority of ppl should have either left the raid or died in a fight.
@@FLINNest yea you have a point there. I feel like lots of ppl like me are just trying to push through quest instead of enjoying the actual game it self oof
In AAA games we grind to get access to new map areas (still not a good gamedesign desicion), here we grind just to make the game playable... No wonder why RMT (including grind-lease services to level-up the account) is so popular. Keep it up, BSG, put the flea market to 20 lvl and ban all the AP ammo from there.
I think the best time of EFT is the early wipe grind (first 2 weeks or so), when everyone is running trash armor and ammo, I feel like high end armor and ammo should be hard to come by in general, right now after a 100ish hours you can easily get level 5 armor along with ammo that penetrates a tank if you need it.
@@FLINNest It's like "the best of the worst". Tarkov's progression is just bad, it doesn't give any realistic chances or any realistic balance. BSG should look up to Squad's gunplay and get rid of that disgusting steady aim, implement suppression mechanics and finally stop players from being walking endlessly healing tanks. With less steady aim and more deadly ammo people will still not be killed on sight (as looter-shooter genre requires, DayZ is a good example), but the game will become more realistic and finally playable for everyone, 3 hrs a day or 10 hrs a day - people will not have to grind to fight successfully.
