I’m surprised this problem has never been addressed and fixed. Medallions should be picked up automatically just like ammo, mats, stackable items…
And before attachments existed, it also seemed obvious that you should automatically swap a weapon if you walk over a higher rarity of that weapon.
I play on controller, and these issues are even more crippling during endgames.
