Chitrajee's.voice has clarify, quality, depth, and wide range which was eminently suitable for ghazal gayiki ! In this ghazal, she was just superb ! The Jagjit Singh Saab's interaction with the audience during the the live performances was a treat to listen ! Hat's off to both of these stalwarts for their exploits ! --. Jagjit Chitra the one n only one jodi, i remember my Ph.D days@University, i had Philips Cassette player, n only n the only cassettes of JagjitChitra, Those were the days extreme struggle sadness, loneliness, uncertainty, n listening to these gazals used to give a big soothing effects, like many many, may be millions, i had deep influence of these two legendary people in my life, Thanks cannot be expressed in words, May Jagit,s soul be blessed always n ever,
When I used to listen these classics at my cousin's quarter at Kyrdemkulei,Meghalaya in 1980s ..I did not even understood most of the words ... Still they were close to my heart since then .. Love you ❤️ always

I was 19 that time and I have seen jagjeet and chitra live gazal shows more then 150 time chitra ji was so beautiful I can't even explain any body who can understand this gazal he is lucky because this is different world keep flying

Interestingly I am an Indian but from the southern part where we do not speak the hindi language.
