Is there something up with the PS4 log in on your website?
Anybody run into the error? I’m trying to sign into my psn on smite 2 links website and it just comes up as an error
Well, It was the same problem for me, nothing new, i have been trying it for 7 years. I guess this is how it ends

i did that and i dont got anything on my PSN didnt get my prime/smite 2 icon rewards or legacy points cause it put my steam as primary

no wonder i logged in as my PSN and it put my Steam one as primary and now i cant switch it unless i make a new acc with a different email and i cant log in as PlayStation cause ya wack as website is messed up keep getting error

On my Hi-Rez account, i have epic AND steam linked....I launched the alpha on epic and none of my skins carried over...
the customer support for smite is terrible. you guys changed the nosteam launcher option so i cant even access my main account because it automatically binded my 2nd account that i never play on to my steam. And i cant link/unlink my 2 accounts from the hi rez website to fix it myself. ive been playing this game for 8 years and this is how it ends?
So do i need to unlink and delelte my 2nd account off steam first?
@@Rsp7ccw if you’re even able to unlink it then try it and then you should be able to launch the game on your main account. I wasn’t even able to unlink my 2nd account

What if I played SMITE on the Hi Rez Launcher? Im not sure which option to pick.
I believe that if you launch Smite on Steam for the first time you can then log in with the same user info that was used in the launcher. So if you are trying to link your old launcher account I would THINK that would be the one to choose?

you can just download it on one of those platforms and logg into it and then itll still work
how will you guys be sending out keys? i signed up as founder (so stoked), and just want to make sure i don't miss anything... i wasn't able to do the alpha weekend which sucked.

That's my issue as well, I knew I played Smite back then.. But I'm sure that's a Hi-rez account or something
@@Sumowning all the purchases I made for battle passes and stuff was on steam, but I ended pre ordering on epic, so all my skins are gone now unless I somehow merge steam and epic 😭😭😭 so you need to make sure you get the game on the one you spent money on between steam and epic

What if I link my smite 1 to epic smite 2 my legacy gems transfer but then I want to change to steam smite 2. By disconnecting will I get my legacy gems in steam aswell?

Where you say Smite 1 progress should be your main, the website forum post instructions says most Smite 2 progress should be selected as main.
Which one is it? I'm a former PS player who is moving over to PC this time, and these conflicting instructions dont help at all.

That is a good questions, I am in the same predicament. Video says smite 1 smite 1 smite 1... But then the website saysSmite 2 smite 2 smite 2. So how do us Playstation players who are trying to move to PC. Is my primary account I select PS or PC??
Same issue here, moving from PS to PC and the FAQ on the website says select the primary account you plan to play Smite 2 on and link divine legacy through that, but this is saying the opposite.
I reached out to their support, if they give me a useful update I'll let you know!
Same for me. I played smite 1 for 8 years on PS4 and just got a pc, wich im gonna play smite 2. I just put my primary account my PS4 one, and linked my steam account. But now idk if that was the right call. Pls let me know if any of you get an anwser

just a hands up, on the FAQ, its saying "the account you played SMITE 2, instead of SMITE 1, multiple times, which made me confused and worried....since this video says smite 1

hey smite team when i play smite on ps4 it looks amazing but when i play smite on my brand new 1500€ it looks terrible and playing feel terrible too i hope u fix it with smite 2

You guys told me that I couldn't link my xbox account to smite on PC after I had already accidently open a smite pc account :(... so now i don't play smite on pc

Alpha Smite2 still only 14 gods and only conquest, for a id10t like me its to difficult as i play other modes only, bacus got no power
Smite never had cross progression between PlayStation and other platforms. PlayStation was my primary account. If I link my other accounts, will I get the legacy gems from those accounts or only from the PlayStation account?
Something I would like to know too. Playstation was my main account too. Has the most unlocked and bought there but Switched to Xbox because of a friend.
Once you link your accounts, they both will have the same progress. You will be able to play on xbox and playstation interchangeably with the same progression, legacy gems and all. But, you will only get the legacy gems from your playstation account, since that's your main account. It won't just merge them and add it up.

Why is my Smite 2 ign my Steam account name and not my Smite 1 gamertag?
thats probably cuz the games on steam usually gets your steam name as yours, so if you change your steam name it changes in game as well 🤔

I have the same problem on X-Box. Not only the Founder Edition skins but cross skins from Smite 1 are locked for me too
Crossover Zeus skin is working for me, not sure what is causing it to not be selectable for some people

I can't login to SMITE 1 because my account was permanently banned last year (literally for saying kumbhakarna was fat LOL) , will anything carry over to SMITE 2 after linking through the website? Or will there be another way to transfer my SMITE 1 progress/legacy gems in future?

You can "keep" them in Smite 1, but not copy them to Smite 2.

@@tsubject1316 on my part I prefer in fact the more retro look of smite 1. That's what I'm used to anyway. I understand the need to evolve in a sense but in my 10 years playing I never saw people saying the game was bland and outdated or any signs of people needing smite in a new engine.
(WHAT I DON'T LIKE)
it definitely needs balance updates but it's understandable given they just added a new item system. In terms of graphics my game has FPS issues, I hope it's just because it's the beginning of the alpha because I'm used to playing smite 1 in 100-200 fps and now I'm having stutters when I'm in solo lane. As a Solo laner I'm used to being able to fight for totem, xp camp, middle buff, but now you have to stand for a full minute to capture some boring horn and hit space to get 30 gold. The jungle camp system also feels slow as hell.
(WHAT I LIKE)
The game looks good, whatever they wanted to achieve in terms of graphics they have done it, the effects are beautiful and the gods look very nice. The god playability is similar as well, as a diamond loki I feel like I'm playing him as well as I play him in smite 1. The sounds are MAJESTIC.
Overall it's a great and fun alpha which obviously needs work. I do hope that in the official release the essence of smite 1 is felt all over the new game.
Time to become absolute .
