Yes .. a Hamburger is considered American, but it's actually called a Hamburger because it originates from Hamburg in Germany.
Yes .. Pizza is an Italian dish, but it originates from France where it was called Pissaladerie.
Falafel is actually from more from Egypt .. but then so is Koshari
