  • The second compartment of the sanctuary is the Holy Place. It is where we grow in Christ after we have been born in Christ. Christian growth is God’s work of a lifetime; its the process where God recreates the image of God in us through His grace.

Even thou Jesus died before the two malefactors on the other crosses. The one received Jesus as his savior and was at that moment cleansed and even though the malefactors lived after Jesus for a short time he was righteous in God's sight because the man repented, accepted Jesus as his savior and sinned no more till he died. He was justified and sanctified , covered in Christ's righteousness at the same time for the short time he lived after Jesus died. He proclaimed Jesus son of God, had no otherr chance to sin, then died himself, so he did go through the process in the sight of God the father.. The legs of the malefactors were broke so they would die before sundown. It was the custom. They did die shortly after Christ. 5 minutes after Jesus or hours after Jesus died the man did die saved.

Christian Vasquez - That is what Pr Shin s describing - Christian growth (sanctification) is symbolized as occurring in the Holy Place compartment of the Sanctuary. (SIGH). The Most Holy Place of the Sanctuary is the temple of God, where His throne (mercy SEAT) is, and where glorification is symbolized as occurring at the 2nd coming.

The Way I'm telling you the truth regarding the Sanctuary of our God. This pastor is incorrect with regarding to sanctification. The Holy Place symbolizes the characteristics of Christ but also obviously how our character should be with God. Just because we do all the things in the Holy Place does not mean we are sanctified. Sanctification does not happen in the Holy Place. We can not save ourselves through our own character. We can not save ourselves with our own works. Sanctification happens in the Most Holy Place. Where we know we are weak and send our prayers through our High Priest to God. But we can only get to the Most Holy Place by faith. We must have Righteousness by faith.

Today thou shalt be with me in paradise should not be used as Jesus did not go to paradise he went in the grave to sleep.

Genius 1 Wiggins. This sentence in the Bible was mistakenly punctuated by the translators. The original text had no punctuation marks. The comma was placed after the wrong word, completely changing the meaning of the what Jesus said. It should read.....I tell you this today, you will be with me in Paradise. Both men went to the grave after their death but will one day meet up in Paradise

Pastor, please research the thief on the cross. He did not die, that was why his feet was broken. The bible does not say he died. why did you come to that conclusion? and if everyone is to complete the salvation process during their lifetime, would not God allowed the thief to live to complete the process? the thief has to overcome all his sins, to make it into the eternal kingdom, as no one can live in the presence of God with sin in their life. Every one has to play their part, as choice is given to everyone.

genius1 Wiggins , correct, he didn’t die that day. While is feet were impaled, when they took him ( and the other thief ) down, they broke their legs so that they couldn’t escape. But they did die the next day. However, even though he could not grow in sanctification, he was saved because Jesus covered his sins. Proof ? “And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee today, shalt thou be with me in Paradise “, Luke 23:43. Amen !!
