Not sure if it works now cause I haven’t played sea of thieves in 4 months, but if you bought something from the ship-rite and then as it was *counting coins* someone harpooned you, then you would receive the supplies but that item would not be locked and you could still buy it. So you could just buy 200 cannonballs off rip.
