Very interesting project. I'm considering buying a P8. This video showed me that things can be fixed easily if needed.
Well original P8 will definitely be different type of experience! Also I believe working on P8 will be overall easier, because these parts I used are from China and it is not that precise to be honest. Good luck with buying one! Lucky you 😊
@@jaykiscars The wife would be driving it too. I am scared thinking of the damage to the carbon fibre parts. What we really need is a practical car, but the P8 is too exciting to ignore.

Glad I managed to transfer the tense I felt during drilling 😅 Well build is kind of stopped. Planning to release update soon. Just plenty of things happend off camera.

Thank you! I hope you are happy with your XE :) Most of the parts was bought on Alibaba, but you have to consider the fitment issues.
I plan on doing the same thing and molding a wide body kit to the car
Wide body kit will definitely add more agressive look. That is something Im not capable of, but I believe it will be great!

Did the front bumper come from alibaba? I can’t seem to find it. Only the vehicle revolution bumper which is triple the price. Thank you!

We actually developed the O8 bumper for the XE and 16+ XF
hi I wanted to know how to remove the front grill and install a new one, thanks (since I bought a new grill)
Hi, it is quite a time. But you need to remove the bumper. There are like 10 small bolts on the grily from the back. Once you will unscrew those, the grily will split to 2 parts. You will install the new one the same way. One part from the front side, and second part from the back. Screw the bolts and you should be done! Sorry for late response. Good luck!

Hi, the rear diffuser with the light was purchased from Alibaba, you can easily find it there. You can try to negotiate the price as well, I believe I managed to get down like 200USD if I remember correctly. But big part of the cost is shipping price.
