I feel sorry for Dr, Rey and his wife...they are both so miserable in their marriage...and to me of all the wives she looks like she hasnt had anything done...she always looks so stressed and tired...instead of letting him operate maybe she should go to Dr. Diamond for some refreshing...thats a man obviously in love with his wife and a dedicated family man. JMHO

when I used to watch the show I had a couple of thoughts. I never liked Dr. Reys wife. She seems so immature. He wanted more kids and I know it's because he is closet gay/bi. He always seemed to treat her like a dumb little kid because that's what she acted like. He seems very selfish and self-centered. As for Dr. Diamond and jessica. I always got the vibes that she loved him more than he loved her. It was sad watching her get so excited about her wedding and buying the house. I never thought he was attractive either.

The first time he wanted a divorce...
was because she wanted him to buy a very expensive house he could not afford. So she decided she would forget about the expensive house, and stay married to him. She does NOT treat him with love, and respect!

I totally agree with your comment...well, except for her body, I love it (but I tend to love very skinny bodies on women (long torso, small waist...yes, sometimes others will consider it "boyish" as they have very small hips)...it does look "odd" in the sense, almost photo-shopped, but I still like it).
Anyway, yes, even though I've never seen her before, she obviously aged (we all do). As we age, our face goes through changes and we lose not only our youthful look but "beauty" (our faces continue to grow but eyes stay the same size- making them appear smaller in comparison...big eyes is a sign of youth. Our skin sags, cheek pads drop, nose gets bigger and droops, not to mention loss of fat in lips and eye pads- giving a hollow look to the eyes, wrinkles, frown lines, skin discoloration, jowls, and expression lines on the forehead and mouth.....the reason women tend to become "invisible" to men starting, in general at 40...yes, there are exceptions and some women look better/younger longer.
I guarantee, had she not had surgery, people would be shocked that a wealthy plastic surgeon is married to an unattractive woman...unattractive as in not perfectly beautiful and youthful. You can't win sometimes. Either a celebrity is put down for having too much plastic surgery, or worse (in most people's eyes) they have the nerve to age! People can't really say she looks worse unless you compare her to a version of how she would of looked without any work done at the age she is today. I hate when I see click-bait that says "see "so and so" (insert a pic of them at 18)...you wont believe what they look like today!" That sends you to a web page showing that person at age 60! and feigning shock at how ugly and different they look...how the hell do you compare an 18 yr. old to themselves at age 60! And people wonder why some of us (like me) have such hang ups and insecurity in general, and especially at getting, or rather LOOKING older...like it's something to be ashamed of. As a society, we really need to do better for the next generation.

Don’t feel bad for Hayley. She chose and craved this lifestyle. She went beyond overboard with the plastic surgery’s and cosmetic procedures. She didn’t need to plump her lips or inject her face with Botox and fillers. She lives in a toxic environment where she feels she needs or wants to fit in with phoney people .
Apparently she doesn’t eat. could be she’s trying to get back at him.
Looked like she needed nutrients more than she needed surgery. Her skin was dull and Her hair was brittle.

But its a circle: if he would give her more of his time she would be happier snd thus more enjoyable to be around and he would stop working as much. It would suck being married to a plastic surgeon in some instances because they notice every flaw that can be changed on you.
Many of you are blaming plastic surgery for the fact that she doesn't look the same. How do you think she would look had she not had any work done. If you are going to compare, compare her today to a version of herself at the same age, minus any plastic surgery/injections. Had she aged naturally, she still would look different...but then you could blame gravity and the ageing process on it.
Edit: Point is, we really don't know if she would of looked better had she "aged gracefully" as opposed to getting work done. You have to admit one thing, her body looks amazing for any age.
I think aging gracefully is more about having the humility and character to accept aging process. If women had more examples of women not being desperate for fake youth they would be less anxious about aging.
I also think it’s stupid to expect the wife of a plastic surgeon who lives in a city where this type of beauty is almost mandatory to age naturally.
When the woman said it’s EVERY woman dream to be the wife of a plastic surgeon (for free procedures not money) I think it speak very loud about who she is, where she lives and how she lives.
I think it would take a lot of courage to not do the procedures and it wouldn’t be socially acceptable and it could jeopardize their marriage.

Poor Haley.. she looks nothing like her cute self. And Rey is looking a little chubby. Perhaps there is a lot of new stress in his life. Time to scale back the work load to get back to a healthy balance. You're stretching yourself too thin with patients all over the globe. It is starting to show physically. Not only that, your kids will be out of the house soon. Slow down to enjoy them. Then Haley can travel with you as you work to build your retirement cushion. In just 15 years you will need or want to retire. That is if you don't burn out sooner.

in my opinion I don't think plastic surgery is bad there are people who are born whith defects . I'm not saying that they have to do plastic surgery but if u what to some thing to your body do it , but don't pretend to deny it .

I think it’s lost in translation. I call my son “the most beautiful thing” in Spanish (my native language and very similar to Portuguese) the same way he calls women “cosa mas bella” He is not calling women “things” he is calling them “beautiful”.

People need to stop judge. Marriages are hard and a lot of work but still wonderful if you both do the work and want to be with each other. Self work/development is critical. Too many people are selfish and all about me and not considerate of the other. Also many are impatient and lack understanding. Fund someone who shares the same basic beliefs and values.. it helps a lot in the long run because both of you would be fighting for the same when the shit hits the fan so to speak. Don't expect it to be sweet and rosy all the time to the point when you are a couple arguing or going through a rough time, it doesn't mean they shouldn't be together. Life is not linear. And that's why it's a journey

Dr. Rey’s wife used to look much prettier. I liked her hair lighter. She also looks very pale. She just isn’t as attractive as she used to be. Maybe it’s her resentment affecting her health and looks. Hopefully she will find more peace. Her face just looks drawn and pale. She doesn’t look as happy and healthy as she once did.
I think dr Rey is a fantastic human being that has overcome what must of us couldn’t. Can’t stand his ungrateful wife. Instead of her getting Botox, she needs a tooth!

You can run but you can't hide... Too many stars and known people like Linda Thompson, Jackson, Presley, Cher, Demi Moore and many others have opted to have plastic put into their faces. It's obvious this procedure is not perfected regardless of who does this or how much $$$ is handed over, be it, Beverly Hills or Mexico. We see this so many times, overdone and sometimes, a reconstructed train wreck. Looks like their face collided with a wall and still swollen. Who would do this to iron out a wrinkle? Or risk, ultimately looking like a different person and sometimes a freak attacked by some man-eating virus?
In the UK a surgeon would not operate on his wife partner it's unethical, they only seem to admit to botox but I bet they have had loads of surgeries and honestly not that beautiful
