Once I click on the three dots the only options I get are: remove, forward or pin. No download option.

That is in the messenger app, I get the same. You need your do it in desktop version or on a laptop

Hello! Thank you for this video. Unfortunately, no matter what I do, it keeps asking me to switch to the messager app (even though I removed it from my phone) so with my old iPhone, doesn't work for me! This is so annoying that messager is making it so difficult !
