Excellent! I come from the fire service so if any other emergency responders watch my videos that makes me happy.

Sure: CMC Omni Block pulleys, PMI sewn prusik loops, generic steel auto-locking carabiners, Petzl Id's
      Thanks for watching.

Total novice here who found this video while trying to solve an issue that I'm having with my Big Shot....
Essentially, (pardon any incorrect terminology) I'm looking for a system that will help me "draw back" the slingshot and capture my progress as the throw pouch nears "firing position".
In my case, firing position is just shy of where I attach the pouch handle to my Big Shot Trigger accessory.
My problem is that I'm just not strong enough to pull it to my desired trigger location on the pole.
I'm thinking that I need some kind of quick (needs to be removed before firing) release/prusik setup if I want to use just rope or paracord.
    Anyone's ideas are welcome.

Seems like a simple 2:1 to draw it back to your trigger would work. Just put an open hook off the pulley for easy removal.
To get any height on the big shot it requires pulling it pretty far back and it hurts my fingers after a while so I can relate. Good luck

@@perryfire3006 Thanks for the reply. You've given me something to go back to the drawing board with. Hopefully I can come up with something that works in less time than lifting weights to build up my arms would take. 😁 Thanks again.
