Welcome back! Seeing you gingerly use your left hand really resonated with me - the injury & recovery I told you about. My heart goes out to you❤ I could watch you write and use any ink all the day long. Your narrative serves as the special secret sauce…much like those quintessential directorial shots that make those horror films so juicy comforting😊👻🎃🖤🧡 Thank you for creating this masterpiece 🎉
I was minding my own business when - out of nowhere - a watermelon attacked me. Errr... I might be embellishing. 😀If I can do it without sounding like a whiny baby, I'll tell the story in a future video.
I am so happy that you're on the mend. I too have little challenges but it's great that you are encouraging others to battle it through😂. I had a stroke 7 years ago and have to build up the use of my right hand and watercolor painting has been my therapy. I now can write with a brush with my left hand. I'm a lefty now. You have been one of my go to artist when I first began my journey. I bought mijello Mission gold paints after research for over a month, I loved how you showed how to use the paint and how to mix them and the wonderful paintings that you did. Sorry for the long spiel just please know you are an inspiration and I am so grateful that you are standing firm on getting better bless you. Eventually I'm going to try out using ink to paint😊
Adding thoughts-Hill House was amazing! I also loved Midnight Mass-that was a very good miniseries and I agree-keeping the expectations low is key😉 (Just watched Sleepy Hollow yesterday. Depp was so young!) Cabinet of Curiosities-glad that made your list. Hubie Halloween-I couldn’t get past thinking Adam Sandler & friends are getting too old to keep playing those parts-but it was good to see the character arc & story line. Last year we went to the library and got all the Universal DVDs and Abbot & Costello crossovers. The Ghost and Mr. Chicken terrified me as a kid-need to find that one for this year! And thx for mentioning Wallace & Grommit 🥕 😊
You're right - they ARE too old for those roles. 😅 I'm so happy to hear your thoughts. Don Knotts was a master of body language and facial expressions/reactions.
Great to see you back! I have a few horror films you might enjoy if you haven't seen them already: Kwaidan- Japanese fairy tales, many tales of men messing up and getting supernatural payback it's on HBO if you have it Trilogy of Terror- Did you see this on TV in the 70's? The one segment with the savage doll that comes to life totally eclipsed the other three stories. If you want to refresh your memory it is available on RUclips.
Could we be long lost twins? Those movies are so memorable! I used to have KWAIDAN on dvd but it's been some years since I've watched it. I didn't discover it until well into adulthood, so didn't get to experience it with my mom. I think she would have gotten a kick out of it. That TRILOGY of TERROR segment was traumatic as a kid. Good times! 😄 I totally want to go watch it now. You know, some years ago, I saw there was a limited edition reproduction Zuni Warrior doll on some online fandom store. Can you imagine having that IN YOUR HOME?
I've wondered if we are related somehow. Who in their right mind would want that doll in their home?! I would not be able to sleep at night with that thing around. At the very least I'd get rid of all my steak knives. 🔪You knew the second they showed that charm hanging on it would fall off some how. My husband knows better than to abandon me for a better position. I'll definitely come back as an obaki 👻 and make his life miserable just like in all the folk tales. 🤣
Hi Irene, I so happy you are back! Look at you very nice paper and ink set. Love it!
Thanks. 😀 It was so satisfying since one of my obsessions is making lists. Hehe!
Yay! I'm so happy to see you back! I've missed your videos! 😊
🤗 Back at ya!

Oh my gosh Irene! I was wondering why you'd been so quiet, I'm glad it sounds like you're doing better!

Hope you are on the steady path of healing and getting better! So sorry to hear it's been quite the journey. We have missed you!

💐😄 Feeling like a serf who got run over by the queen's carriage maybe.

So sorry to hear about your arm. I’m glad to hear that you’re feeling better now though.
