Wonderful review - thank you! Earlier today I downloaded trials of Acustica Pink and Amethyst and you've just sold it to me! The track you use in this video isn't normally my kind of thing but it sounds so good that I'm enjoying it! Makes me realize why a lot of commercial music doesn't alway move me these days .... the production is too digital. Well done to Acustica for capturing the warmth and once again, thank you for an excellent video. I can't wait to explore Acustica further!
Discovered this plugin last week and Im totally sold. I have UAD - Slate - and this one IMHO is different in a very positive way. Incredibly musical and the MIX 2500 PRE is, yes, awesome!.
im thinking the same , add more trim :) whats up with not volume matching before and after, its only algos who needs that cheat to trick people to believe its better after than before hehe i got this strip and its incredible good , amazing eq and filters and amethyst 2 with the improved compressor, wow :) this strip does not need volume tricks to impress but thanks for posting :) Cheers

I think this tool is one of the best if not the best channel strip I'v ever heard ITB. I actually like it more then Pink which is amazing as well. different beast I guess

Yes I bought it and I must say that I never had my mixes sound this pro - yes PRO before using digital plugins.
Sounds great, Amethyst 2 even better... I think you should use the trim to get a little bit more gain info the plugin.
I get anxiety with so many plugins, each sounding better than the last. What a waste of money for all the other ones incl. UAD..
i listened to this on soundcloud. i prefer whats going on here to the final mix. that will tell you how amazing this plugin is.
