Hi Liam, I’d argue that the new age influencer space uses the words “Positioning” and “offer” simply cause they watched an Alex Hormozi video. This is where I find you to be different, Your definition of offer is based on how you can provide a pain-solving solution FOR the client’s business to improve, and positioning is important to make sure your product is in the right place to HELP the right people. It’s more people based. Whereas, most online definitions use these words to talk about how WE can make more money, how WE can get more clients. It’s more self-based. And I’m not simply saying this, I was part of the Network Agents last month (you’ll probably see me having grilled the AI bot on most days). This is the first community that ACTUALLY brought me the result it promised (a new client in thirty days). I got the client when I worked on my offer and positioned myself how your AI agency blueprint said I should. Hence, in all bluntness, it just proved your content is not full of 💩. Great vid!
I will be starting a agency in 2024. Just getting the funds together to join the network. AI is so interesting and a fun space to be a part of why not be part of the wave and get ahead of the curve delivering these systems to the world!! 🔥

That’s the point , and it will die as it’s only 18 months… he literally did, that’s the conclusion, I’m watching all these listening carefully cuz that was my plan to start an AAA but what he said is definitely showing it’s dying and that we missed the trend !? Watch it again And what do you think about that? Is it true?
Hi Liam, I am a network member and my main issue is a base offer to attract the attention of potential clients. Is a flat monthly rate as a managed Saas apart from ad spend a viable remedy? I get that each business will require a different set of problems the saas services can offer but I need help with crafting the initial offering. Im not really interested in the tiered pricing structures and blah blah. I want to do something a bit different. Help!
