Not gonna lie, but knowing that they suffer the weather exactly the same or almost the same, makes me feel better. 🙈🙈🙈🤣😂. I mean they are human too. What a great interview. You can just see how natural the conversation went, because Elite or non elite like to have fun before and after a race 😁😁. Great interview as always Ko!! 👍🏼
Nice interview. I agree with Dakota’s comment about the winter weather and how it develops gritty runners. We have an amazing running community here in the Twin Cities, and running throughout inclement weather certainly builds character.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Interview it rolls off just like a nice mellow greeting and conversation.! I Don't know exactly why but most all runners I meet are for the most part the most mellow and chill people out there. Many of the runners in my area weather just casual or really good runners are all pretty chill and mellow. Many of the Elites who I loved all have that mellow chill vibe like Ryan Hall,Meb,, Shalane Flanagan to name a few even though they retired but Shalane was still coaching and doing local runs for fun. There are a couple great runners on the other hand who seem a little more high strung like a great mountain runner and very fast is Seth who also has a RUclips /shoe review channel in his shoedio.Like another TV show completely unrelated Mad Money w Kramer he was pumped up wired is the way Seth can get st times when he has his coffee in his hand talking about whatever at the moment.Point I am making is most runners are more calm and mellow in general in my experience.I thinks it's because all the running and exercise brings out a higher awareness and we keep take the ups and downs of life and keep thing's in perspective while still keeping a focus on our goals and the natural high from running and well being that follows us. Now back to Dakota. Its so great to see that Americans still have the great potential to win a Major Marathon which we love to see as it will continue to elevate our sport of running weather someone is extremely competitive or just runs for fun it will encourage us to run more seeing that "Yes we can do this" Thank you for the great interview Kofuzi 🏃🌇Kalif.

Minneapolis is an underrated running city
I think Cross Country Skiing in winter helped me a lot in the long run.
Congrats to Dakotah on making the 🇺🇸 Olympic marathon team today!!
What an incredible race
She’s awesome, I’m rooting for her in the American woman’s running scene!

Great insight you got out of Dakotah there Ko
Before watching the whole video, I see the title of the video, and you have me googling if she really is the mayor of Duluth Minnesota 😀.
"Mayor of Duluth" may start trending today

🏃🌇Kalif.
Damn I'm pretty sure I would get every injury possible if I even did 30miles in a week at that pace. Lol

Kofuzi did great too in grandma 2.58…. She got PB in grandmas. Maybe Grandma course is easier than other marathon, After all it is for grandmas.
she dont look like a grandma. show us the grandkids to prove it.
I think she will win even with a pair of Crocs… crocs should sponsor her .
