The Modi government is poor in communication. The GST system has been brought by consensus of all the states as they decided unifying all the tax collection under GST will spur growth. But defending the GST has become the responsibility of the Central government alone. Poor Centre does not know how to do it. One idea is the responsibility of administration of the GST and distribution can be given to several big states on a rotational basis. The Centre in such cases will be only a recipient of their share and will not be accused of bias or mismanagement.
