yay a new video! filmed this, actually intending it to be a productive week but it somehow felt right to just cut it off after the first day. the rest of the footage will still come thru though so don't worry ;D
also just wanted to add a lil reminder that your self-value shouldn't be determined by how "productive" you are or were that day. it's a bad habit that i've been trying to shake for years and still struggle with (the pro's of living in a capitalistic society, eh?). Doing nothing and taking care of yourself are also very productive activities and yeah just please take care of yourself and your body, your body and mind and heart deserve it!
