Net Zero ICF Home

This beautiful 5500 sq. ft. home in Cave Creek Arizona will be the Net Zero ICF Home of the Year! ICF Specialist completed the ICF Construction in 9-days with a 5-man crew. It took about 100-yards of concrete, that’s 13-trucks to complete this build. We used Fox Blocks 8-inch core with the 2-inch energy stick inserted inside of the block giving it the extremely high R-value of 50. This house also features several different energy efficient systems and techniques. They started the installation process from the ground up by using a 4-inch-high density foam under the slab. The roof will be a SIPs roof with OSB on both sides.
This home is also called the “Iconic Net Zero Home” and I am sure it will be referenced by many names once it is completed because Going Green never looked this good!
