After years of working (engineering) on either a dual or Tri-monitor setup, I don’t think I can function effectively on just a single screen. I like the concept of this.

Same here, I have been using a dual-screen setup on my main laptop for several years. When travelling, switching back to just one is painful. This setup solves a very real problem.

I purchsed this for my Macbook Air M1 - it works just fine. My problem is I cannot change the resolution. The font are too small. No option to change the display resolution setting. Help me?

Wish I could be of some help, I don't own a Mac. May be best to contact to Maxfree on this question. You can find their e-mail address here: maxfreeofficial.com/pages/contact

    It's cool - but that price though...ouch

Yep, it is a little on the pricy side. I searched Amazon for others, some are ~$270-$550 but with varying features/screen rotation. Some of the others require two USB-C connections to work, while the one shown here only needs one. Just something to consider.

Will this work on a Chromebook?

I don't own a Chromebook, but according to their website it states it supports Android so it may. I'd recommend checking with Maxfree though first to be user: maxfreeofficial.com/products/maxfree-t2-13-3-laptop-tri-screen-extender

Wow, yes that price is crazy and the build quality really doesn’t appear that great? The ratcheting area to change the size to fit the back of your laptop seems flimsy. Maybe just me, but I normally work with three screens (regular flatscreen monitors ) at my job. I could never work again from a single screen. I would consider this for $250 tops.

I appreciate your feedback, same here working on a single screen is painful. There is a big difference between the price on their site and Amazon ($319.99 with coupon), at least at the present time. When my daughter comes home from college, going to see what she thinks. I may wind up having to buy another if she takes this one😀

@@WagnersTechTalk yep, daughters know how to break dads heart and soften it up too. Mine would be the same way, if i were to get one. Have to hide it when she comes to visit. 🫣🫠
