Reading so many negative feedbacks naye Ugandans learn to be supportive, be innovative and work together with engineer to better his innovation. Ibra Webale nyo, I will for sure make use of his service. Uganda needs creative people like these, we appreciate them. And they need our support to better and brand their service.

Great job Eng. Farouk! However you should try to provide personal protective (PPE) to your employees. E.g: Gloves, safety glasses safety shoes helmets. Otherwise safety of employees is at danger. 2ndly mechanize your project the job is too heavy. Otherwise you are doing a wonderful job. Ibra, plse thanks for the hunt!
The system is really amazing but when it comes to rental houses will be difficult to stop tenants to pouring liquid soap into their toilets most of them they don't care. Thanks so much junisco
Since the employees handle heavy materials should wear Toe metal Boots , Work shop gloves, Protective Goggles & Masks to prevent lung damage from inhaling cement etc
Thank you for the show. Please, can you tell the Engineer to put safety of the workers first. The guy mixing cement inside the Biodigester, must and should have rubber gloves, boots , a plastic overall, a musk to protect him from dust from cement and other chemicals being used. A helmet, in case the stones being thrown in the pit breaks and hits him. Plastic glasses, to protect his eyes bcoz, it is possible for a stone to break off as they are being thrown, and jump in his eyes. Also stones , should not be thrown in the pit while someone is working in it , This is to avoid accidents. Otherwise it is great work and well done. I will look for these guys for business and reccomend them to family, friends and others.
So in what way is your comment supportive of making sure this innovation becomes safe to use. The contacts where given, take your time visit him engage him, work together to support innovation because each of you is a consultant in your own fields. How could you work with him with nwsc to make sure water is kept safe. Other than spilling around so much negativity, that will not uplift this young team. Western countries are so supportive of innovative people and is basis of their advancement.
Thank you Ibra k for the gd work you're doing. This is wonderful mutuwonyeza sceptic tank bcos they're very dangerous. And i also thank Farook for the great amazing work but also the workers need boots, mask and gloves please.

Great work, but my major concern is about the safety of the employees, Please safety first before anything....safety shoes, gloves, hard hat, safety glasses
But I think it's a double work because I can see the last site already in use, it has the toilet house plus the bio digestor in front like the ones before in place the pit latrine

Great job but junisco needs to seriously think about PPE 4 their employees considering they dealing with dangerous things like rocks n heavy concrete products. Some of the employees r working in flip flops n open shoes. Can u imagine what would happen if one of those rocks landed on one z open toes?? In any type of job esp construction, safety is supposed 2b paramount. I feel like in this video it has taken a back seat. It is just an observation. Don't licensed companies like juniso according to engineer farouk have required safety standards they have to meet in order 2 operate?? 🤔🤔🤔
But that guy missed something..that out let to the soak away is supposed to be connected with a T and drains to the bottom of the soak away pit then to the surface coz how can you drain it in case it's full ....wetereze some ebitabo
As compared to the traditional septic tank. Yes, I may use 6 million for my domestic septic. Which will fill up after 20 years, then I empty. BUT in this system it could be that slurry builds up every few months to a year, and you have to incur costs for that maintenance. (Speaking as a bio-engineer).

Yes dia. He said washing, bathing and regular soaps shouldn’t be used. Tho he said using toilet bowl cleaners like hapic and vim are okay.
He said you use VIM or Harpic
